Your primary job will be cleaning, but when you're not cleaning, we'll fill your time with additional training to sharpen your skills and improve your knowledge, or you'll help us maintain our equipment. We're looking for people who are available 30-40 hours a week. - $15/hr while in stage 1 of training. This consists of virtual training which you will complete from home. - $20/hr while in stage 2 of training. This is on-site training. - Once you are fully trained, you will be evaluated based on your quality of work and efficiency. You will be paid between $20-$22/hr. - We evaluate employees twice a year for raises. We also pay: - Mileage, gas, and parking. We are looking for housekeepers who are available to work 20-40 hours a week. Qualifications: - Fluent in English - 21+ years old - Legally authorized to work in the US - 3+ years of driving experience and a clean driving record - Proof of auto insurance - Reliable car that can transport cleaning supplies like a vacuum, mop, laundry hamper, and cleaning tote. - Smartphone Background Checks: If we decide to hire you, you will be required to complete a background check including a motor vehicle report. COVID-19 Safety: We provide gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, and require daily health checks to ensure the safety of our employees. We also ask each of our clients to either leave the home while we clean or if they must be home to remain in a separate part of the house. Application Process: 1.
