Americas Best Value Inn, Novato is seeking a team member to join our Maintenance team. Position: Part-time 8AM - 4PM Must be available to work on weekends and holidays The following scope of duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining clean and organized hallways/parking lot. Maintaining pool area Facilitating guest check out Deep cleaning guest rooms Fixing reported conditions that need immediate attention: toilet repair, sink repair, caulking tub, leak repair, electrical Education, Qualifications & Skills Required: Strong internal/external customer relations skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and customers. Effective calendar management and follow up skills. Outgoing personality with a friendly attitude Problem resolution skills Dependable and punctual No prior hotel nor maintenance experience is required, but would be preferred.
