Dallasites101 and The Shops at Park Lane invites you to a Workout in the Park led by Studio 6 Fitness! Get sweaty with us at this series on select Saturdays through the end of the year.
Series Dates: 10/24, 11/14, 11/21, 12/12, 12/19

For all workouts, you may arrive at 9:30 am for check-in and we'll get started shortly thereafter. This workout will be a revolutionary twist on traditional Pilates using the Lagree Method. Expect 50 minutes of calorie burning, total body conditioning. Elements of Pilates, Barre and Yoga are cranked up with cardio intensity!
Beginners are welcome. Please wear sneakers and bring your own water and mat! In lieu of a participation fee, we'd greatly appreciate if you'd bring canned food that we will donate to the North Texas Food Bank.
To ensure health safety, spots are limited so please register only if you can join us. We will be distancing mats and hosting class outdoors at The Shops at Park Lane. All guests will receive a complimentary gift bag with a few goodies including hand sanitizer.
