Dahl-Beck Electric has provided Electric Motor Repairs to the San Francisco Bay Area for 85+ years. We are looking for entry level candidates to assist in all aspects of the motor repair process. Your duties will include stripping coils from electric motors, cleaning, painting, and preparing parts for reassembly, some small electric motor disassembly and reassembly as well as other industry and facility related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, is detail oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, have good communication skills, be able to work unsupervised, and also work well with others. Candidate must also be willing to work overtime when asked. For the right individual, this position is ideal as a launching point for advancement with additional job training, responsibility, and increased pay. Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing will be performed before employment begins and random testing thereafter. Starting pay is $19.00/hour. Health benefits, dental, paid vacation and 401K offered by the company. We are located in North Richmond and your work hours will be M-F from 7:30AM to 4PM.
