On 02/22/21 Officers responded to 314 Lambert Road to process Rafael Garcia who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant. The arrest warrant stemmed from an incident that was reported on 07/19/2020 involving Sexual Assault in the 1st degree. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged.
