Quick-Box Fulfillment is a well-established, Denver-based company located in the ATL area (College Park, GA) seeking qualified candidates interested in being an integral part of our dynamic direct to consumer fulfillment operation. We are currently seeking hard working and dependable individuals to immediately fill our Warehouse Associate Roles including Inventory Management Lead and Order Selector lead! This is a FULL-TIME PERMANENT position (NOT seasonal) Success in this role has potential for additional responsibilities, promotions, and career growth opportunities. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Inventory Lead: 1) Delegates daily duties to employees in the inventory team. 2) Trains employees on proper safety policies. 3) Trains employees on forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment. 4) Trains employees on proper company policies. 5) Unload and receive/stage all incoming trucks 6) Organizes items of pallet. 7) Re-packs and re-organizes product in storage and pick locations. 8) Organize stocks and maintain inventory. 9) Organize warehouse space. 10) Replenishment of product from storage locations to pick locations. 11) Putaway/Dock to Stock of product from inbound dock to storage and pick locations. 12) Inspect products for defects and damages. 13) Perform machinery checks per company and safety guidelines. 14) Create and run various reports, including stock status of product, backorder and replenishment reports, and end of day reports. 15) Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures. Schedule: Tuesday through Friday from 6am- 4:30pm; Saturday through Monday from 5am-5:30pm Pick Lead: 1) Distributes orders and pick tickets out to employees. 2) Assist in training employees on proper picking and counting policies. 3) Assist in training employees on proper company policies. 4) Obtains product from racking, pallets, bins, or shelves. 5) Picks/counts customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is picked. 6) Check, verify and fill customer orders. 7) Verification of all product picked, including quantity, lot number, expiration date. 8) Stages orders to correct area when order pick has been finished. 9) Organizes items of pallet. 10) Re-packs and re-organizes product in storage areas and pick locations. 11) Organize stocks and maintain inventory. 12) Organize warehouse space. 13) Inspect products for defects and damages. 14) Create and run various reports, including stock status of product and end of day reports. 15) Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures. Pay Rate: Starting at $17.50/hour (extra incentive to those who work the weekends) Job Qualifications: - Must be comfortable lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds and sitting/standing for 10+ hours per day - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail oriented and organized - Must be capable of multitasking and communicating with a variety of people and personalities - Must be able to effectively use written and verbal communication skills Work Environment: - This is an Atlanta based position operating out of a warehouse environment.
