Pale orange cat with white chest seen on sidewalk in front of home goods store next to bank on corner of 19th ave and Geary at 10:30 am on Tuesday, Nov 16th. Cat didn't appear particularly stressed and was ignoring people walking by.
Yes, it could be a feral, but if so it hasn't been spayed because it didn't have an ear notch. It looked like a clean, well fed house cat to me and I thought I'd err on the side of caution.
