Due to a software upgrade, the City's Treasurer's office will be unable to process payments or access the tax billing system on Monday and Tuesday, October 18 and 19. Community members can still make payments online at www.fallschurchva.gov/PayOnline. Any payments received in the yellow drop box outside City Hall will be processed starting Wednesday, October 20.
Processing dog tags, yard waste stickers, state taxes, and zone parking permit applications are not affected by the upgrade.
