Are you a restaurant, hospitality or events employee? Have you been affected by COVID?
Join us at Staff Meal, a program designed to feed in need restaurant, hospitality and events employees curbside at the Irving Convention Center in Las Colinas! Chef Eduardo Alvarez and his team will prepare a special holiday to-go meals. This special meal will provide 300 restaurant, hospitality and events employees in need a to-go bag with breakfast for 4 and a lunch/dinner for 4. Each meal will be chilled, pre-packaged, and include reheating instructions.
Reserve your meal pack for pick-up between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. By making a reservation you are guaranteed a meal pack. You can only get 1 meal pack per email address. If you want to pick-up for your friends, please have them reserve their own meal pack and send you their ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, you must present your ticket either electronically or printed for scanning at pick-up.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No, tickets are not transferrable.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, you may pick-up a meal for a friend as long as they made the reservation under their own email address. Just have them forward you their ticket and present it at pick-up. Meals are for Restaurant, Hospitality and Events employees only.
