ROCKVILLE, MD — A hit-and-run in Rockville on Oct. 31 is under investigation by Maryland State Police. A 26-year-old man was changing his driver's side front tire on the side of the road in the area of I-495 and U.S. 29 when a silver vehicle crossed the white line, hit him and drove away, police say. Troopers got to the scene of the hit-and-run around 7:45 a.m. and the man went in an ambulance to MedStar Washington Hospital Center.
