Press release from the Baltimore County Police Department: November 14, 2021 As detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit investigate a non-fatal shooting that occurred Saturday, November 13, at 7:19 p.m., the department would like to remind residents that conflict resolution resources are available to mediate disputes that arise within the community. This service is available to all County residents. https://crcbaltimorecounty.org/contact-us/ A preliminary investigation indicates on November 13, at 7:19 p.m., officers responded to the scene of a reported shooting in the area of Lakeside and Owings Mills Boulevard, 21117. When officers arrived, they located an individual inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound. Medics transported the individual to an area hospital for treatment.
