Here are the top stories today in Irving: Here is the latest on the tragic death of an infant who fell from a car on Sunday. There were three additional children also in the vehicle when the baby tumbled from a rear door and was run over by another car. Police are not categorizing the incident as a hit-and-run even though the other vehicle did not stop because it's likely the other driver did not know what they hit.
