We are hiring multiple professionals for our Outside Sales Representative position. Must have a high school diploma and be able to pass a background check to start. The individuals hired for this position will be tasked with reaching out to warm leads(no cold calling) that want to be placed in an insurance plan that best fits their needs. You will start the position by going through training. After being trained, your day to day is managing a pipeline of warm leads and referrals in order to place consumers in a plan that fits their needs. You will communicate with the clients/leads using a combination of phone calls, text messages, Zoom and in-person meetings. Following up with leads on a day to day basis along with reaching out to new leads will constitute a majority of your time. All of this leads to the closing of a sale, which is placing the leads into an insurance plan that fits their needs. Requirements - Manage a pipeline of outgoing and incoming calls to warm leads - Use a CRM (Customer RelationshipManagement software) and virtual calendar to properly manage sales pipeline -Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication -Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution -Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies -Be a positive person and personality around clients and your fellow team members!
