Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 11/16/2021 5:00 AM 11/15/21 2021-3238, Theft: On 11/15/21 at 11:45 a.m., deputies responded to the 5400 block of Half Hollow Court in Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3238, Theft: 2021-2344, Battery: On 11/15/21 at 4:08 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Heathgate Road in Oswego Township for a report of a battery. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3245, No Valid DL: On 11/15/21 at 9:24 p.m., a deputy stopped a vehicle for speeding in the area of Walker Rd. and IL Route 47 in Kendall Township.  The driver of the vehicle, a 17-year-old female from Sandwich, was cited for speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone and no valid DL and released on her own recognizance. 2021-3247, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 11/15/21 at 10:10 p.m., deputies responded to a report of traffic crash at US Route 52 and Lisbon Road in Lisbon Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Robert Sloan, a 48-year-old male from the 25000 block of Seil Road in Shorewood, was transported to Morris Hospital by Newark Paramedics for non-life-threatening injuries.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
