Qigong and Yoga flow
Qigong means vital energy cultivation, often called dynamic mediation, as one of the self-healing pillars of Chinese medicine. This class is made up of sequences of qigong flowing movements and a longer hold of yoga stretches where the body, mind, and breath are coordinated and relaxed.
The class is low impact, everyone at any age will benefit from how it strengthens the muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones, and encourage to improve and harmonize the flow of Qi (life energy) and blood circulation in the body.
