Quinlan passed away on September 7, 2021.  Kevin was known as a devoted civil servant and was very proud of his tenure as Village President from 2003-2007 and continued advocating for civil duties of citizens across the Village until his passing. Visitation Tuesday, September 14th, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Private Family Funeral Service Wednesday, September 15th at Sullivan Funeral Home, 60 S. Grant Street, Hinsdale, Illinois 60521.
