Job Description:
Hiring a Compliance Patrol Officer to serve as the compliance presence, which may include performing patrol, inspection and/ or incident response services for a gated community.
Job Duties:
May include operating a company vehicle to perform patrol dutiesChecks for violations, maintenance issues, unsafe hazards, unauthorized personsInspects common areas, buildings, garages, and groundsReports Violations, work orders, and suspicious activity etc.Provides property access to Vendors and VisitorsProvides resource handouts & information to community
Job Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – will operate a company vehicle.Ability to deal with staff and the general public in a professional and effective mannerAble to obtain a CA guard card/license, and background check and Drug Screen Able to operate a phone app to track activity and log work activity Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain or heat
