Press release from the Evergreen Park Chamber of Commerce: 2021-10-04  The Evergreen Park Public Library is teaming up with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) to provide the  Covid-19 vaccine to everyone age 12 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Receive your first dose on October 6, and come back for your second dose on October 27.
