Press release from City of Fremont: October 22, 2021 During October, the City of Fremont is partnering with Bay Area Community Health (BACH) to provide no-cost COVID-19 testing. Drive-thru appointments are available on the following dates from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Fremont Central Park Sports Complex, located at 1110 Stevenson Blvd.: Monday, October 25 Wednesday, October 27 Friday, October 29 Masks are required to protect the health and safety of both workers and visitors. Registration is required as well. The City of Fremont continues to partner with the Alameda County Public Health Department and community partners like Bay Area Community Health to provide additional COVID-19 testing sites in Fremont.
