Appeal # 06-2021
Variance Requested: Section 1143.09
A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30pm on September 22, 2021 with the purpose of hearing an appeal for a variance from Section 1143.09 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations. Section 1143.09 requires a minimum rear yard depth of 50'in the R-4 Residential District. This appeal is being made by William Keen to allow for construction of a deck at 2617 Bronson's Way, Permanent Parcel #64-07411, located in an R-4 Residential District.
Specifically, a 3'rear yard setback variance is requested.
This public hearing will be conducted in compliance with Section 1199.11 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations at the Twinsburg Government Center, 10075 Ravenna Road. Written comments should be mailed prior to the meeting to Keith Foulkes, Building Commissioner at 10075 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 or submitted by email to [email protected].
