Here are the top stories today in Cincinnati: Barry Isaacs, head of the Cincinnati nonprofit Hope 4 Change, has been sentenced to four years in federal prison for willfully failing to pay over employment taxes and aggravated identity theft. Prosecutors say Isaacs, who launched Hope 4 Change over a decade ago to provide housing and care for people with developmental disabilities, spent the nonprofit's money for his personal benefit. He also failed to pay the IRS $360,000 in payroll taxes that were withheld from employees' paychecks in 2013 and 2014. (Local 12)One person was wounded in a shooting in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood. It happened around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of York Street. According to officials from the Cincinnati Police Department, a man was shot in the leg while sitting in his vehicle in the area.
