PHOENIX, AZ — The city of Phoenix launched a new phone application Tuesday that Phoenicians can use to pay water and trash bills, request services and report issues. The app is called myPHX311.
"As the 5th largest city in the nation continues to grow, and learns to live in a new socially-distanced society, it was vital to expand the ways for the public to connect with city services and city of Phoenix employees," the city said in a news release.
The city also recently upgraded its "At Your Service" website. The app and the website upgrades are a joint effort to make contactless bill pay and assistance requests easier. You can download the app for iPhone or Android devices here.
Services available through the app and website include:

"This app will allow for quicker, more efficient service to meet the needs of every Phoenician. I'm proud our city listens to our residents and adapts to the changing environment to allow for flexible, creative solutions."
