Press release from the Douglas County School System: 11/11/2021 Translate Premier Drugstore is partnering with Douglas County School System to provide COVID 19 vaccines to eligible individuals including children ages 5-11. The vaccine will be offered from 2:00 to 7:00 pm at the following locations:  Monday, November 15 at Annette Winn Elementary Tuesday, November 16 at Beulah Elementary Wednesday, November 17 at Dorsett Shoals Elementary Thursday, November 18 at Factory Shoals Middle  Friday, November 19 at Factory Shoals Elementary For children's vaccinations, is required. Please be prepared to provide the last 4 digits of the child's social security number or a copy of parents insurance. If coming for 2nd, 3rd or booster doses, please bring a current CDC vaccine card. Premier Drugstore also offers all vaccines in their store to eligible individuals from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
