This is very simple and straight forward. I NEED A HELPER. This is mostly outdoor work, some jobs are labor intensive, most are not. Position is part time, as needed, with at least 1 day a week, usually 2.5, with tons of ability to increase. If you last more than 3 weeks, we will get you more money. The longer you work with me the faster your rate will increase. I dont need services or crews or contractors. Save your time. YOU MUST BE: on time when scheduled able to get to the "meet" location and back on your own wear appropriate attire [NEVER OPEN TOED SHOES] no offensive language while on properties no smoking on properties or in trucks bring your own lunch/beverage {water cooler available} drug free { no, weed doesnt count } free of current legal issues able to take direction and follow instructions able to use basic tools and learn the others easy going and positive { i am, and dont want to be around toxic } able to lift / walk / stand / carry 50 lbs / etc as needed Most jobs are within an hour of harrrington de. We typically start around 9am, with at least 5 hrs worktime. Starting pay is $10 an hour cash. I know thats not much, prove to me your worth, i will HAPPILY pay more. A new broom sweeps well. we can reevaluate every 6 weeks. ATTENTION THIS IS A MANUAL LABOR POSITION -- some of the work sux, i get it, but i am right beside you! No resumes or long winded convos, if you want to audition let me know what day you would like to try out. show me, dont tell me. I have already wasted half the summer with no shows /lazy/deadbeats.
