Press release from the City of Woburn: November 15, 2021 City of Woburn Board of Assessors FY 2022 Assessed Values Public Disclosure   The Woburn Board of Assessors has received notification from the MA Department of Revenue, Division of Local Services, of preliminary certification of the City of Woburn's revaluation program and proposed assessments for all classes of property for Fiscal Year 2022. This is mandated by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. The Woburn Board of Assessors is releasing for public disclosure the FY 2022 proposed assessments. The Public Disclosure period for review begins on November 16, 2021 and ends on November 22, 2021. The assessed values are based on fair market value as of January 1, 2021. You can access the FY 2022 proposed assessments on the online database at the City of Woburn website. Go to Assessors Department/ go to tab Quick Links/ go to Assessors Database. In addition, a printed list of the proposed FY 2022 values is available for review in the City of Woburn Assessor's office on the designated dates during the following hours: Monday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Wednesday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Thursday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday, 9:00 am to 1 pm   If you have any questions regarding the assessments, please contact the City of Woburn Assessor's Department at 781-897-5830.
