Looking to Jam/Start project

I'm looking to start some sort of project, probably with metal as a base. But I'm hoping to work in other stuff and just have fun with things and see where it all goes. I can play bass or guitar, I have a small recording set-up with various virtual instruments as well to work with. Not necessarily looking to start a straight-up band, but if it turns into that, that's cool with me, I've got stage experience as well. Let me know a bit about yourself, what instruments/genres you usually play, what experience you have, etc.
