Wanted: someone for 1-3 hours electrical wiring

Need one person who can replace a spliced wire from basement electrical panel to refrigerator outlet, & then move wiring from side sockets to the top sockets, adding 1-2 missing connectors as needed. I need to ensure good connections for the 6 wires coming from the attic (first picture) to an old outside panel (now a junction box), to eliminate all the splices (2nd picture) & come into the top of the basement panel (third picture). Would like someone ASAP. Please indicate when you'd be available for an estimate/work. Note: phone is a computer phone. It will NOT send or receive texts.
