Why did you flag my post?

I was the person that was trying to find a doctor willing to take a payment plan to do a brain scan...because I have migraines over half the month sometimes. That or a study or something depending on who might have seen my post. I don't get why someone would flag my post for removal. I looked over the prohibited list, and don't see any other place to post this type of thing. Just wondering why someone would even bother to flag something like that. Don't you have better things to do?
