Monthly Rehearsal Space Rental

Hi there. Are you tired of lugging your gear around every week to rehearse for 2 hours? Would you rather leave your gear set up in a secure location where you could just drop in and jam whenever and for however long you want because the space is YOURS? I'm thinking about opening up a rehearsal facility with spaces available by the month and am trying to figure out how much demand there might be for these units. If you would be interested in a monthly space or if you have any input that you think would be useful (like what features of this space would be most important to you) please drop me a line and also let me know what you might be willing to pay. Maybe assume the space would be about 12x12 or 12x15. Trying to figure out if this could work. Thanks for your feedback.
