Wallet taken from H.E.B tonight

Tonight at H.E.B on Villa Maria a woman's wallet was acendently left in a shopping cart that looked like a car for kids. Someone looked through the wallet saw there was no money in it and did not turn it in to the managers or anyone working at H.E.B. then walked out the store with it. THAT IS CONSIDERED THEFT! Now not only did the manager roll back the cameras and see who did it, but also watched the person walk through out the store, pay for their items and walk out the store and get into their vehicle. That being said...****YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO RETURN THIS TO EITHER THE STORE OR THE ADDRESS ON THE I.D.......AFTER THAT CRIMINAL CHARGES WILLL BE FILED**** PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING!
