Qualified individuals are needed to join the on-site PR team at MGM Christmas on the Plaza seasonal skating rink. Interviews are being held this week and we’re seeking to fill up to six positions to complete our seasonal team of on-site representatives. *November 24 - January 2, 2022 SUMMARY: Fun and exciting promotional event designed to engage the community and guests during the holiday season by assisting with general rink duties, and handling guest relations. Basic Responsibilities and Duties: *Oversee daily maintenance operations, and skate inventory. *Troubleshoot rink equipment including; chiller unit, ice resurfacer, sharpening machines. *Assist with check-in procedures, inquiries and overall guest experience. Qualifications: *Operational experience, and customer service background. *Ability to work with various levels of management. *Highly organized and detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask. *Excellent written and verbal communication.
