We are looking for a responsible part time employee to drive a company provided vehicle (van or small pick up) to and from nearby markets. The driving occurs Monday-Friday, departing Madison between 5-6:00 AM based upon the route you are running. You are typically back in Madison around 10:00 AM. Starting and ending point is off the Beltline, near Zimbrick Buick/Honda. We are an appliance repair shop with techs based through Southeast and South-central Wisconsin. Couriers deliver parts to technicians for the service calls being run that day. There's limited face to face interaction for those concerned about Covid. We also provide masks, sanitizer and gloves for anyone that wants them. The shifts are spread over several people. Typically people choose to drive 2-3 days per week, but we've had some running 1 day, and other running 5 days. Being dependable with a clean MVR is essential. Limited light lifting is also required (5-25 pounds). Routes are run on 4 lane highways. Routes are not run on weekday holidays or weekends. These positions have proven to be ideal for someone retired, or a stay at home parent looking to pick up a few hours per week.
