Snow Plowing $30 plus bonuses

Badger Lawn Professionals in DeForest is seeking individuals to drive our snow plow trucks for plowing this season. Previous plowing & shoveling experience of commercial and residential accounts is required. Majority of the snowfalls, individuals will be working alone, so no need to wear a mandatory mask. Must have a valid drivers license with no DUI's or other major violations in the past 5 years, with reliable transportation to the shop in DeForest even when roads are snow covered. Need to be able to lift 50lb salt bags, and be able to lift single stage snow blowers in and out of the truck without restrictions. Must be physically capable of shoveling heavy snow for 8+ hours during each snowfall without restrictions, and be available to work snowfalls over 0.5", November thru April, evening during holidays. Start times vary per snowfall, but typically early AM. We are only looking to hire individuals that intend to work the entire season, and have previous plowing experience with another company.
