Need one handymen/laborer for 2 days on minor repairs, demolition, landscaping, cleaning, moving... Start DEC and should run indefinitely. Hours between 730 and 4 with a mandatory 30m lunch for approx. 15 hours each week and must be on payroll. Those with construction skills and some tools will be preferred. May need to do some work in a tight crawlspace under modular home. Need DL copy and I9 documentation and will need to complete a W4 - phone interviews immediately. Must be able to lift 80#.
