Our day porter staff truly enjoys their work and each takes great pride in ensuring their property always looks its best! 5 days per week 8 hours per day $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Job Description: We are in search of day porters / janitors with a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning. Job Duties: Our Day Porters are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an apartment complex, with cleaning duties that include: cleaning of common areas, model apartments, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, etc. Job Requirements: In order to succeed in this position, the candidates MUST possess the below qualities: 3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience! attention to detail and be a self-starter! a strong work ethic and job maturity! be extremely dependable! a professional appearance! reliable transportation! ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff!
