Roof Christmas Light Installation Needed

We're looking for someone who has experience walking on a steep and tall residential roof (three stories). We would like to have string Christmas lights installed along our roofline and eaves. I'll have the clips and lights but will rely on you to scale down our roof to install. You must adhere to established safety standards...including the use of a secured and tethered harness.
