Responsibilities and Duties • In all tasks and interactions as an R&K employee, strive for personal excellence by being Reliable & Knowledgeable • Experience with insulation is a big plus • Treat all fellow employees, other tradesman and customers with respect • Arrive on time to assigned location or warehouse • Assist with loading materials for the day as necessary • Verify what is loaded in truck is correct with work order and or pick ticket • Provide highest quality workmanship on all jobs • Communicate with field supervisors immediately on any issues related to the assigned job including questions, delays, inaccurate materials, inoperative equipment, etc. • Communicate with Field Supervisors daily by 1:00 PM to inform them of whether the job will be completed or will have to roll to the next day. • Communicate with Field Supervisor upon leaving job site to head back to warehouse • Keep all job sites clean and neat during installation. Broom clean and pick up all trash related to install prior to leaving job site • Complete all daily assigned work • Complete and turn in all daily job paperwork • Keep assigned truck clean and free of garbage and debris • Report any mechanical issues to field supervisors • Take proper care of all ladders, tools and equipment and promptly return when finished with them Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year Preferred experience: • Construction: 1 year Required license or certification: • Valid Drivers License
