We are looking for Jr. Technician / Installer to join our team! You will assist Lead Technicians with home networking installations. Responsibilities: Assist with installation of audio/video, phone, computer, security components. Communicating with Sr. Technicians to identify bottlenecks in installation and issues requiring escalated resolution Learning and developing skill set to add value to installation team Qualifications: Candidate should have excellent attention to detail Familiarity with pre-wiring homes and businesses is beneficial, along with a knowledge of networking and audio video components. Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients and colleagues Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to "think on your feet" Ability to produce good documentation & customer file notes Can-do positive attitude and desire to work with customers in a high-touch service business Technicians must provide their own basic tools
