Paradise Valley family is looking for a rock star person to help with the management and maintenance of our home. Specifically, duties we’re looking for assistance with include: Light Housekeeping – cleaning surfaces, doing dishes, sweeping/vacuuming floors, doing laundry a few times per week, other cleaning activities as needed. Pet Care – changing litter and providing fresh food and water for cats daily during the week, providing fresh food and water for our dog daily as well. Errands – taking dog to and from his daily daycare, picking-up and dropping off dry cleaning, grabbing groceries or various items as requested. Various – watering plants outside once a week, taking garbage and recycling cans up and down a STEEP driveway (must be physically able to do this), answering the door for vendors or service providers at the house as needed, other miscellaneous errands that arise. Cooking is not a must - but bonus points if you’d be able to do food prep and cook frequently. Sample schedule: 7:30 am – arrive and take dog to his daycare. Drop off dry cleaning along the way. 8:30 am – return to house. Light housekeeping and do dishes, take care of cats, start a load of laundry. 1130 am – prepare a simple lunch for client – a grilled steak, salmon, etc. 12 pm – leave the house for time off. 4:30 pm – pick up dog and return him to house. 5 pm – finish laundry and put clothes away. Any loose ends. 5:30 pm finished. That’s a sample schedule. Typically we’ll want you to arrive at around 7:30 am for the dog, but the rest of it has some flexibility. As you can see, schedule has some flexibility here. There may be days where we need you to work 8 hours, but many other days it will be more like 6-8 hours. Compensation: $20 - $35 an hour to start, dependent on experience. To start we’ll pay you hourly. If you do a good job we’ll put you on a salary where you get paid a flat fee for 40 hours per week even if you end up working less hours.
