We are a property management company currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Tech. This is an entry level position.. experience is a plus, but not required. This candidate would be responsible for but, not limited to; completing repairs for work orders & turns of vacate units, such as: hot water, AC units, garbage disposal, window blinds, painting, landscaping, etc. This candidate should possess attention to detail and be self motivated to complete daily tasks. This position is a full time, 40 hours per week Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM with possible on call 24 hour maintenance overtime. If you are interested please submit your resume.
