Looking for an experienced fence builder

We need a fence replaced. 6 in Pine slats, with cemented posts, and three rail standard construction. 235 linear feet. Two standard pedestrian gates. One 12 ft double vehicle gate. Shared fence on one side of property. Building inside of neighbors fence on one side of property. We need the work completed before the end of the month. Must be a legit builder - Licensed, and insured. References may be requested. Pictures of previous work appreciated. We certainly welcome you to come take a look at the property prior to providing a quote. We are willing to pay for materials up front, but will not pay labor until the project is complete. Contract required. Project may lead to additional work. We have another property that needs fence work, and our neighbor who shares our fence may be interested in additional work. We've already taken several quotes, so we know the approximate cost of the project. We contracted this to another builder, but he flaked out, so we are looking for someone reliable, who wants the work. Permit will need to be pulled in Bexar County. Serious inquiries only, please.
