Maintenance/Facilities Crew Member Needed for Creative Fabrication Studio!! Looking for a Maintenance/Facilities Crew Member with a great attitude who takes initiative to work on-site at our South Bay creative fabrication studio. Please send a resume to be considered. Job Requirements: -Monday - Friday availability starting at 7:30am, standard shifts are 6 hours -Janitorial tasks in the shop, office, restrooms, and breakrooms (we have a service that deep cleans restrooms 2x week) -COVID cleaning and sanitizing -Tool and hardware organization -Heavy lifting -Inventory of tools and materials -Routine equipment/machine maintenance and record keeping -Eventually lead a small crew of one or two members -Ability to communicate with all team members and vendors You also possess the following: -a positive, can-do attitude -team player with great communication -keen attention to detail -self driven with forward thinking and initiative -basic knowledge using a computer and Google Sheets -knowledge of hand tools and power tools -knowledge of various hardware and materials -drivers license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record -forklift experience is a plus Still need to know more about us?
