We are looking for a Maintenance Associate to join the maintenance team at Bellewood, our senior living, and retirement community in Issaquah, WA. As a Maintenance Associate, you would work with the maintenance team of 3 others, responding to the needs of residents and fellow staff, being flexible and ready to jump into a variety of different tasks including apartment turns and daily maintenance work orders. This is the perfect role for someone who doesn’t want any two days to be the same. There’s light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work and some light janitorial work for the apartments, as needed. Experience Required - Hands-on building/apartment maintenance experience is required. - Hands-on construction or carpentry experience in a professional setting is also required. - We are looking for someone who will be proactive. - Valid insurance and a clean driving record are required, as you might be asked to drive a company vehicle. This is a non-smoking Campus and full vaccination for COVID-19 is required. You can read more about this policy here: This is a full-time, day-shift position. Working either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs.
