We are a fast growing property management company looking for a part time handyman/maintenance person. Main duties would be standard building maintenance, issue diagnosis and light replacements/solutions. We do not expect this person to do any major electrical or plumbing repairs. Very flexible on schedule and no emergency calls. Ideal candidate would have existing service and would bill us by the Job. Must have own vehicle. Looking to have someone start immediately.
