Artist looking for studio space

Hello there. I've been scouring ads to find the right space and situation. I am losing my home of 22 years, most importantly, my garage studio where I was currently mounting a production. I Booked a studio space in Benicia, only to have the Landlord raise the rent and then pull the room out from under me just a few days before I was to move in (turns out the owners son is squatting in that room). My work is everything to me. A studio space is priority number one before I look for a living situation (I will relocate wherever I can find the best space). The project is a series episodic adventure. I am a filmmaker, writer, director, actor, storyboard conceptualist (who has done some set design and fight scene coordination). I am a former Marine with an honorable discharge who believes in doing the right thing when no one is looking. I am a peaceful person, always giving and seeking positive vibes. I have many personal references who would happily speak on my character. I am looking for a unique situation. Perhaps the type available to someone through personal relation rather than a random craigslist search (no offense craigslist). I have 22 years experience in property management in student housing. This included maintenance and some repairs, dealing with tenants in a positive manner, painting and yard work. My landlord of 22 years might tell you that I added value to the home. If you have read this far, perhaps you're wondering who might have a space I could maintain and use. Perhaps you know someone who has a couch I could surf on from time to time while I am sacrificing for the greater good of my craft. Maybe you are connected to a production entity that is looking for a production assistant. A fairly seasoned actor who has a monologue ready to be performed at the drop of a hat. A friendly roundtable at a cafe discussing art, philosophy or the more tangible things in life. Maybe you're the type to mold such conversation into a podcast. I believe the events in my life are unfolding because it is long overdue for me to move out of suburbia and brush shoulders with fellow artists such as myself... My dream would be somewhere in the greater Berkeley/Oakland area, but who knows!? I am open to everything and attached to nothing at this point. Or maybe I'm just delusional. Self involved.
