Ruger was found inside the Idaho Center last weekend. He is currently staying at my husband's work, but cannot stay forever. He loves people. As soon as my husband gets to work, Ruger starts talking and is ready to be loved! He spends most of the day sitting in my husband's lap or on his shoulder, talking to him and everyone else who comes in. He is litter trained, neutered and comes with a clean bill of health!
