I have a few decks to frame and do the decking on. I am looking for a carpenter and a helper to help with these projects. These are simple. decks but require QUALITY WORK. Please reply with your experience and what tools you bring to the job. Please also only reply if you have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND WILL SHOW UP AND WORK FOR 8 HOURS WITHOUT TEXTING OR MESSING AROUND. I will pay hourly or will consider a day rate or a sub rate for a solid Carpenter-Helper Crew. There is direct access to the crawl space inside of the shower area and all of the plumbing will be exposed under the crawl space, and up to the ledger perforation on the house. Once the plumbing is run through the exterior ribbon board of the house the framed shower wall is within feet of that protrusion. Please send me a BALLPARK LABOR BID TO PLUMB THIS SHOWER. (APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET OF PEX UNDER THE HOUSE AND10-12 FEET OF COPPER OUTSIDE) WITH A HOT WATER AND COLD WATER HANDLE AND SHOWER HEAD MOUNTED OF COURSE.
