Construction Laborer (Central Oregon) Dickerhoof Construction, LLC Bend and Corvallis Dickerhoof Construction is a family-owned company that only works on retail properties owned by the family and partners and is not for hire. We do a mix of new construction and extensive remodels of older shopping centers in smaller to midsized towns. We primarily work in Oregon, but are licensed in CA, NV, ID and WY. We do stores for tenants like Grocery Outlet, Marshall’s, Market or Choice, assorted cell phone tenants, Dollar Tree, etc. Our employees are based in the Corvallis/Albany area and the Bend/Redmond area. Many of our projects are near those areas, but we prefer employees that are open to traveling during the week. Requirements: -Motivated and willing to learn -Manual labor in building retail structures and site related work -Assisting the construction superintendent -Site cleanup and debris removal -Participate in interior demolition -Moving materials -Valid Drivers License Compensation: $20 per hour or higher based on experience. -Project ownership bonuses after a year with the company -Health Insurance – premiums 100% paid by employer after 6-monts employment -Vacation time -Travel costs paid by employer -Advancement opportunities.
