We are hiring for multiple full-time positions in various departments of a mill in Prineville! These positions range from entry-level to more skilled positions, depending on your level of experience. These are long-term opportunities with a company offering insurance benefits, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401k and more! One of the largest manufacturers of wood trusses in the area, these are position require working in a physical environment for long hours, so we are looking for those who can handle the workload and be reliable in their scheduling. Schedule runs Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm with overtime as needed during the week and on some Saturdays. Entry-level production positions are at a starting rate of $17/HR and do not require any experience. Truss builders start at $22/HR for those with direct direct experience. Machine operators start at $18-20 depending on experience.
