Entry level position now available for an HVAC service tech. No experience is necessary, but higher pay to start if you have some.
Our service technicians make every effort to serve customers to the best of their abilities by creating positive interactions, troubleshooting efficiently and creatively, presenting customers with accurate solutions to their issues, and finding opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
We offer health insurance, paid time off (which increases substantially with longevity), six paid holidays, a 401K, and profit sharing. Service technicians are permitted to use their service van to commute to work. We also have a spiff program for generating sales leads, and many external training opportunities to better your career, such as an apprenticeship program.
This position requires that you have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
